Ground: Orders shipping via small package/common carrier ground will be billed UPS published rates and the shipping charge will be capped at 20% calculated from the merchandise total. This includes initial orders as well as the backorders.

Express (Next Day and Two Day): You will be billed the actual published rate from the carrier's chart which includes dimensional weight packages.

Rush Delivery Deadline Schedule: When referring to Express Two Day and Next Day delivery, we adhere to "business" days. To ensure Express Two Day delivery, kindly make your orders by 3 PM EST two days prior to your intended delivery date. Should you need Next Day delivery, please contact us at 1-800-463-1062. For Next Day Orders, placement is required by 3 PM EST on the day preceding your desired delivery date.
